Updated review: We had a great experience overall with the Whipple crew. They were on time, respectful, and even went the extra mile by offering helpful advice on our solar panels at no extra charge. The job at our house included installing a chandelier, some can lights, and light switches, but the scope expanded when they had to replace two of our electric panels. Austin was transparent about the need for extra time and planned to return on Friday to install the chandelier, as I had specific instructions from the seller on how it needed to be done. However, on Thursday, I received a call from my husband saying the chandelier had already been installed. I arrived home to find that it wasn’t installed correctly, and Austin explained they couldn't bring their ladder back as their shift had ended. After some insistence, they used a smaller ladder and made some adjustments, but the pendants are still not aligned properly. If they had waited until Friday as originally planned and followed the provided instructions and video, this issue could have been avoided. While the chandelier works fine, the installation wasn't as it should have been, and given the cost and that the installation was done earlier than agreed, I believe it’s reasonable to ask Whipple to come back and fix the pendants properly. I look forward to hearing from them soon and appreciate their attention to this matter. I requested estimates from three companies for a new AC unit. When Daniel from Whipple arrived for my third estimate I was regretting trying to cram one more thing into what had already been a long day at work. I was leaning hard towards one of the first two bids, but I decided I’d give Daniel a shot since he had made the effort to come out at night. He was thoughtful, unassuming, and he knew his stuff. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for. He then made recommendations and gave a detailed explanation of why for each one. I’m sure it had been a long day for him as well, but he continued to be patient, polite, and thorough. It was clear to him that regardless of price Whipple was the best company out there, and within 30 minutes of his arrival I was feeling the same way. As it turned out, Whipple’s estimate was within a few dollars of the competing bids, so it came down to the company’s reputation and the time I had with Daniel. Because of my experience with Daniel, I changed my mind and decided to go with Whipple. He applied no pressure. He just presented the facts in a way that made sense to me. He drew diagrams. He shared personal thoughts and expertise. He instilled confidence. Whipple has gained a loyal customer for life.

Outstanding!. Brett and Mike did excellent work installing my outside security lights. They were both very professional. I am exceedingly happy with the service and the results. I highly recommend this company.

Austin, the Whipple electrician, did a fantastic job of installing two new electrical outlets at my house. He was courteous and professional. He looked at my electrical situation and pointed out details that were good and those that were not up to par and he explained why. His workmanship was excellent and I could tell that he was very experienced and good at doing electrical work. He cleaned up the work area when he was done, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Whipple Service Champions if you need electrical work.

Gordon and the Whipple service team were great. Gordon fixed my plumbing issue while listening to my divorce scenario while making me laugh the entire time. You have one excellent team there!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The customer service reps are awesome, including Judy Jackson, who scheduled a technician to come out the very next day after I had an emergency. I had HVAC, and plumbing work done and a water softener installed. All of the technicians have had extensive training, and are very knowledgeable. They have provided detailed instructions, pricing options, written contracts, and worked continually until the job was finished. They have all been very personable and a delight to talk to. I highly recommend Whipple.
